RESPONSIBILITIES  

The member should aim to attend at least 50% of the year's weekly luncheon meetings. There is no penalty or additional cost if the member's spouse or associate attends in place of the member. If the member's spouse or associate attends in addition to the member, there is a $20 + HST charge.

Members are encouraged to invite prospective members, business colleagues and other guests to the weekly meetings and social functions. A charge of $20 + HST per guest will be invoiced to the member.

When inviting guests to HXA meetings and functions, members are asked to consider the possibility of any conflict with the business interests of existing members, and, where such conflicts may exist, to seek the agreement of the affected member.
